For his first game, everyone showed up. (Well, almost everyone.) Nana and Pappy, Granmollie and Papa, Aunt Christy, Heather and Evie all came to cheer on our little man!
Our Assistant Coach was having some, ummmmm, issues with his son during practices, so they withdrew. Somehow, Wayne (who admittedly knew nothing about soccer) got the position... He was a good sport about it, and had a blast!
Pappy got some loving in with this little guy while Jacob played... (notice he's patched?)
I wanted to get Jacob a little something after his first game. Girls get flowers after their first dance recital, so why not get a boy a huge lollipop after his first big game?!?
He had a blast throughout the season, which I thought went by way too fast! We all had fun! (He's #40 in the pics.)
We are already looking forward to T-ball in the spring!! :)
